Comfy beds and clean linens and we have a thing about pillows so we provide a LOT of them! The third bedroom is off the kitchen and is a great place for the kids to hang out and watch movies. It was an add-on to the home off of the kitchen and has a Smart TV and a fireplace that is used to heat this room and a separate AC unit. It has a bunk bed and queen-sized pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress. There is enough seating for 10 people to sit down and eat together between a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table that seats 6. We have 3 large TVs between the living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. We do not have cable as guests usually have their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. account. We have NO STAIRS to climb as the house is all on one level. Both showers have grab bars to help with mobility issues. There is plenty of street parking if you have more than one car. You can park in the garage and in the driveway as well as all along the roads at the front of the house and along the sides.
