We’re just walking distance from the world-famous Fort Lauderdale beach, with its sugar-white sand and aquamarine Atlantic Ocean! We’re also just a couple of blocks from Las Olas Blvd. What’s there, you ask? Well, it’s kind of like the heartbeat of Fort Lauderdale. Las Olas Blvd. is home to nearly every type of restaurants available, from simple to fine dining. You’ll find so many different regional cuisines, it’s hard to list them all! But do make sure you sample some of the more uncommon cuisines like French, Argentinian, Brazilian, Peruvian, or Middle Eastern. And then go back for all-time favorites like Mexican, Italian, Greek, or American fare. Leave room for dessert, as there’s plenty of options for that on Las Olas, too! Guest access The entire unit is for the private use and enjoyment of the registered guests. Amenities shared with other building residents and guests include the rooftop pool, lounge areas, summer kitchen, fitness center, building lobby, theater. Entire Unit and building amenities such as pool, gym, and lounge. Other things to note Guests must have a valid Temporary Parking Pass to park their car in the building. Newman Hospitality must request parking passes at least 24 hours before check-in. Parking passes have to be requested in advance because the condominium requires the manager (Newman Hospitality) to sign the pass. The minimum rental age is 23. A picture ID must be provided to Newman Hospitality no less than 72 hours before arrival.
