You'll have access to 30 acres + our semi-private lake. You do not need a fishing license here. For adult-only stays: max of 14 guests (all must be 28+ w/ proof of ID) Starlink WiFi, Hot tub, shuffleboard, arcade, foosball, kayak, fireplace, fire pit, washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen, games, propane + charcoal grills. Other things to note While you may not be able to see our full-time residential neighbors depending on the season, they are out there. Therefore we enforce outside quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
