Facing east and looking down the long portion of West Bay, this is one of our more popular cottages due to location and the private lawn area lakeside. Bring your family, friends, bath towels, and supply the rest. Some units are pet friendly for a $100 fee per pet September 1st- May 31st. No pets allowed June 1st- August 31st. Check with us for more information about pets. If you bring a pet without letting us know about it and we find it, there will be a minimum of a $50 penalty charged in addition to the $100 pet fee. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house except for any rooms that are locked off for the owner’s personal items. Please be respectful of the neighbors boundaries and keep pets leashed while outside. Other things to note *We, sadly, are unable to provide towels. Please plan to bring your own! *We provide all bed linens, two backup rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, a small bottle of dish soap, one small bar of hand soap at each sink, and two (total) trash can liners per container. *Spices and condiments are not provided. *Firewood is not provided for your stay. Please plan on purchasing some in the area for your reservation. If there is any firewood left near your firepit you are welcome to use it! There are local vendors that sell bundles of firewood. *Please do not transport firewood from town to town to prevent any spread of invasive pests. *
