Your waterfront oasis awaits you in Eastport! Enjoy year-round swimming in the indoor heated pool. This unique 5-level waterfront home is perfect for large groups. Plenty of space to gather or spread out if you need some alone time. A spacious well-appointed gourmet kitchen adjoins an expansive great room. Additional gathering spaces include an entertainment room, a large rec room with bar and ping pong table, and an indoor pool room overlooking Back Creek and the landscaped private patio. The space Kitchen The chef in the group will love cooking in this well-appointed and spacious kitchen that features dual ovens, dishwashers, sinks and ample counter space for meal prep and cleanup. The kitchen also has a coffee alcove, a bar with wine fridge and ice maker and two seating areas, one looking out to Back Creek and another adjacent to the gas fireplace. Guests may spill out onto the terrace to enjoy coffee or wine at a table with views of Back Creek or to grill on one of two gas grills. Gathering Spaces Adjoining the kitchen is an expansive great room that features a wall of windows offering both water and pastoral views, a large farmhouse table that seats up to 12, a brand new 55-inch Smart TV, and plenty of seating for hanging out together. One level down from the great room is a comfortable family room with a 65-inch smart tv, an electric piano and a closet full of games for kids and adults. The futon can be expanded into a queen size bed if extra bed space is needed. Both a powder room and a bedroom adjoin this room. One more level below the family room is a large rec room with four bar chairs, a beer/wine fridge, a ping pong table and game table. The rec room has a full bathroom with shower, a full-size washer and dryer and a large closet with life preservers. Adjoining the rec room is the indoor heated pool under a vaulted and sky-lit ceiling and with views of Back Creek. The pool room, adorned with tropical plants in the wintertime, can be enjoyed year-round. Sliding doors along the length of the pool can be opened to enjoy the great outdoors in warmer months but closed so you can enjoy a swim even when snow is falling. There are no bedrooms on this level. Bedrooms The master bedroom suite (up six steps from entry level) features a king-sized bed and brand new (as of May 2026) bathroom with heated tile floor, spacious tiled shower and 42 inch vanity. A second bedroom with a queen bed, built in sitting area, makeup mirror and dresser is adjacent to the master bedroom. Also on this level is a newly renovated bathroom with double sink, toilet and bathtub/shower combination. The two top floor bedrooms, each with views of Back Creek, have queen sized beds and are located a half flight up from the master bedroom and guest room. One room has its own deck with view of Back Creek. A brand new tiled bathroom with heated floors and tiled shower serves these two rooms. A fifth bedroom with a queen bed and two twins is one level down from the entrance level and adjacent to the family room. Outdoors The outdoor space is peaceful, private, and magical, especially at night while sitting on the patio under hanging solar Edison lights. There is plenty of seating to relax with a cocktail or to dine outdoors and space to play a game of corn hole before dinner. The property has its own private dock, where you can launch one of six kayaks for a 20-minute leisurely paddle to the mouth of the Severn River with a view of the Bay Bridge. Guests can either drive or walk into downtown Annapolis (about 2 miles) to enjoy its many restaurants, shops, boutiques, and historical sites such as the United States Naval Academy. For a fun return, consider hopping on the Water Taxi from the city dock directly to the Retreat's dock--one of the last docks on Back Creek served by the Water Taxi.
