The space 🏠 STUDIO INFORMATION: Our tastefully furnished studio is designed to make our guests feel at home while they're away from home. Our modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. We provide sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, cooking oil, spices, and purified water for your convenience. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, and fresh, clean white towels. The queen-size bed is set before a smart TV connected to Netflix and Digi TV with 130 channels. A chic dining table doubles perfectly as a comfortable workspace. Our soundproof windows, paired with a brand-new AC unit, ensure a restful night’s sleep, while fiber-optic Wi-Fi delivers the fastest internet speeds in Belize. Step outside to a lavish green patio, where you can relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening breeze. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to provide a stylish, tranquil, and memorable stay. The area is well-lit at night by a street light that illuminates the road and parked vehicles, so there is no need to be concerned about safety. We also park our vehicles on the street every night. 🌳 THE PROPERTY: Our mini boutique aparthotel Stylish Apartments offers 3 apartments in total. Our outdoor sitting area on the porch is meant for all our guests and serves as our lobby area. We are currently renovating our yard, fence, and landscape. We are also adding another unit at the back and an outdoor kitchen/bbq for our guests. This work does not happen every day and it is always finished before 5 pm. We want our guests to be aware of this in advance. Thank you for your understanding. 🧺 LAUNDRY: Laundry service is available on the premises for an additional fee, Monday through Friday. Clean towels and bed linen are provided to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can also provide beach towels. 🐶PETS: We welcome stays with your lovely furry friend, however, there is a pet fee of US$25 per day. 🚲 BIKES: We share our personal bikes with our guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. You can use them to explore the city or for grocery shopping/food pickup! We are looking forward to hosting you here in Belize! Guest access Once your reservation is confirmed and your arrival date is approaching, Airbnb will provide you with information on how to reach the place and the door code. Simply follow these instructions. If you have any issues, please feel free to call us for immediate assistance. Once you're all settled in, you're welcome to come and hang out on the porch and enjoy the breeze! Other things to note Please note the following: *We can arrange early check-in or late check-out for a fee, subject to availability. **Our apartments are strictly non-smoking, including marijuana, anywhere within our property. Please smoke outside to avoid affecting other guests and residents with open windows. *** If you are traveling with a pet there is a 25 USD/ per day pet fee. **** Our standard occupancy is 2 guests on a queen bed. However, due to several requests from travelers, we now offer an air mattress to accommodate a 3rd guest. Please note that while this option may not suit everyone, it is the only way we can host 3 guests at this time.
