The eclectic beach vibe starts when you enter the living room where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV situated over the mantle, or just relax and read in front of the gas burning fire place. The house is full of natural light and has wood floors and tile throughout. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and big closets and two large bathrooms with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. One of the bathrooms serves as the laundry center with a Bosch washer and dryer for your convenience. In the well-appointed gourmet kitchen, you can prepare dinner on the professional Wolf stove and enjoy it in the cozy dining room, or eat outside on the patio in the beautiful and rare large private backyard surrounded by lush greenery and quiet. If you’d prefer, you can use the natural gas grill or then again, why not eat out in one of the many neighborhood restaurants, several within walking distance. The best is yet to come when you take a short walk to the corner and end up by the beautiful sea, overlooking an outstanding coast line and taking in unbelievable evening sunsets. Walking along the ocean front, you can stop and sit one of the many beach benches and just take it all in. It’s a favorite place to gather. When you’re ready to pick up the pace, you will find the area full of wonderful wineries, parks, golf courses, farmers markets and activities designed to make your vacation a great one.
