Welcome to The Old Mount Manor, a beautifully restored 1930s property on the Causeway Coast. Sleeping 10 guests across five bedrooms, the Manor combines original character with modern luxury. Just 10 minutes from Portrush and Portstewart, it’s perfectly placed for beaches, world-class golf and exploring the Giant’s Causeway and spectacular coastline. The space Sympathetically restoring this holiday home was a pleasure. It is a beautifully designed property which celebrates both arts and crafts and Art Deco interior design. The property has four upstairs king size rooms and one downstairs double. Each bedroom has dimmable lighting, clothes storage, a dedicated make up area, hairdryers and Tv's. There is also a camp bed if needed, making the number of guests 11 (please request this prior to your stay), babies who need a cot stay for no extra charge and cots are available when requested prior to arrival. There are 2 downstairs living rooms, 1 downstairs bathroom with shower, 2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1 dining room, a large hallway and an open plan kitchen and utility. The utility room has a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The Old Mount Manor has an impressive garden with the back patio having elevated views of the river, forest and garden. There is outside seating, a state of the art gas BBQ and a Scandinavian wood fired hot tub on the back patio. It is a real sun trap and gets virtually full sun all day and evening. The nearest town is Coleraine which is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. It is the capital of the Causeway Coast and is the largest settlement in the area. There are a number of shops, cafes and eateries. Tesco and Marks & Spencers are also a walk from the property. Portrush and Portstewart are less than 10 minutes away by car. Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves. Perfect for group holidays and family get togethers with the Manor sleeping 11 max. Remarkably you will have a large garden with a private entrance into Mountsandel, river views, hot tub and state of the art gas barbecue. The property is a real sun trap with the back patio receiving virtually full sun the entire day. Each bedroom has a large king size bed, a makeup area, built-in wardrobes, Wi-Fi, TV’s, dimmable lighting and hairdryers. As well as the 4 king size rooms there is also a downstairs double bedroom. The kitchen has a gas cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and all kitchenware is provided. There is also a washer and a dryer in the utility. Washing machine and dishwasher tablets are provided for free. The front of the property has a large tarmac driveway and a tropical style garden with outside lighting so it can also be enjoyed at night. This property has a secret room which guests can enjoy and kids love. It has 3 lounge areas, a dining room and a kitchen island which are all fantastic entertaining areas to enjoy while on holiday.
