The home’s pavilion-style layout divides it into two interconnected buildings, joined by an undercover outdoor living space. At the heart of the property, the central entertaining area boasts a plunge pool, an outdoor dining table, and a gas BBQ, all surrounded by lush gardens. Large bi-fold doors connect this outdoor space to the interior, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Inside, you’ll find a modern kitchen, a living room with a large smart TV and leather couch, and a secondary cozy seating area that adjoins the patio. The upstairs master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in robe, and a private balcony with stunning mountain views. The second pavilion includes a separate living or study area, two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds that can be converted into a king upon request—and a shared bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.
