Peaceful & centrally located home approx 1.5 miles off of Highway 180 with a 25 min drive to the park enterance of the Kings Canyon National Park 4 miles from the best little Coffee House that you will pass by on your way to the park. Cat Haven is also along the Hwy 180 path to the park about 8 miles up. Hume Lake inside of the park is also a must The space Ready to host small families and small groups of friends in an open floor plan that allows for lots of natural light. Nice little view from outside while BBQing or enjoying your meal on the picnic table. Guest access Guests will receive check in instructions; detailed directions to the appropriate home on the ranch, and access instructions to the unit the morning of check-in. Other things to note No EV charging from standard outlets unless pre-approved.. EV charging is allowed with prior notification at time of reservation request and at an additional charge of $20 per car per night..unfortunately, electricity isn't cheap and the price keeps rising. The house is on the same water supply, well/storage tank system, as the rest of the ranch in that same vicinity.. With that, please be mindful of water useage (leaving water running, extra long showers, ect). The house does have a washing machine and dryer which you are welcome to use but please be respectful and not do 20 loads during your stay or 3-5 loads in a day. This will put a strain on the water and septic systems as we are not on city or county systems. We appreciate your understanding.
