Mountain Log Cabin near Asheville, Hot Tub, Snow Skiing, Outdoor Wood Fireplace
Description
Wolf Moon Lodge offers spectacular long range mountain views from 4,200 ft elevation. Come enjoy the cool summers and the magnificent winter sunsets. Soak in the hot tub or sit by the outdoor fire place with friends and family. Conveniently located only 35 minutes from Asheville and 24 minutes to the quaint little town of Mars Hills. The space I love being able to look out over mountains from every room in the cabin, sitting out by fire in the outdoor pavilion, grilling on Weber gas grill, soaking in the hot tub, reading a book by the fire, listening to the birds and the rustling of the trees. Guest access Guests can pull right up to the front door with no stairs to enter the cabin. The main cabin has 2 bedrooms (king&queen) main floor and 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 full size beds (also a single roll-away), and 3 full (master has walk-in shower) bathrooms. You also have access to the entire wrap around deck with large lighted pavillion and new wood burning fireplace, Weber Grill, and 6 seat outdoor dining. Enjoy watching the sunsets over the mountains while sitting by the fire with family and friends. You will have entire cabin just no access to garage. Parking allows for 3-4 cars. The walkout basement has multiple french doors adding over 1,100 sq ft of living space including 2 private bedrooms (king & queen) and 2 private full bathrooms, living room with gas fireplace and 50 inch TV as well as kitchenette with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. The 3,100 sq ft cabin can accommodate 10-12 people comfortably, perfect for your family and friends to join. We do have 2 security cameras on the exterior of the cabin for the two main entrances. One is positioned main front door and other is positioned at the top of the stairs to the covered pavillion. Other things to note Wolf Moon Lodge is located just 35-40 minutes outside of Asheville. The main road and driveway are paved, however, there are many winding turns to climb to the 4,200 elevation. In the winter months, we strongly encourage 4WD/AWD vehicles. Due to multiple turns and limited parking we not recommend any campers, trailers or motorcycles.
