While daily housekeeping isn't included, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. 🌡️ Pool Heating: Want to enjoy a warm swim during your stay? Add pool heating to your reservation for just $35 per day. Please give us at least a week's notice to set it up. Remember, the pool heater must be on for the entire duration of your stay and will be invoiced separately. Note that we don't recommend using the pool during cold or rainy weather. 🛠️ Pool Maintenance: Our pool is serviced weekly. After rain, you might notice some debris in the water—this is normal and will clear up quickly. Shipping Packages: 📦 If you plan to ship items via Amazon, FedEx, or other carriers, please note that all packages will be delivered to the clubhouse, not to the house. This is outside of our control, and there is a mandatory $15 handling fee for all packages. 🍔 BBQ Usage: Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank. 🐾 Pet Policy: Bringing your furry friend? We're happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy's accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Woof woof! 📅 Travel Insurance: We highly recommend getting travel insurance for your stay, especially since Hurricane Season in Florida runs from June 1st to November 30th.
