Everyone is welcome at our secluded Cape Cod on 20 acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. 2.5 miles from the center of Naples, hiking trails, waterfalls, wine tastings, quaint shops, restaurants, golf course, leaf peeping, 15 min. to Bristol Mountain. Enjoy all the charm the Finger lakes has to offer from your centrally located homebase in Naples or make us your destination. Please note the base price is for 6 people & a fee for each extra person regardless of the # of days they stay. The space Your lodgings include a fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, high speed internet, 2 TVs and a laundry room. Enjoy the main floor great room with soaring ceilings and glass doors to a porch overlooking the 3-acre spring fed stocked pond. Experience sunsets while relaxing on the porch overlooking the pond. At ground level is a patio with a picnic table. There is an herb garden for your use, Mimosa’s anyone? This is a peaceful quiet place in the country while being only 5 minutes from town. Guest access The entire property is available to the guests except for two basement utility rooms and the garage. Other things to note There are two wineries and two breweries right in Naples. There is a pretty hiking trail right here in town (with the bonus of a couple nice waterfalls) by the name of Grimes Glen, and many other hiking spots just a few miles outside of Naples. A wonderful open air market (Joseph's Wayside) awaits your tasting pleasure with fresh baked pies, fruits, veggies and flowers of the season. (closed during winter). In addition is Linnie Lou's homemade ice cream right down at the bottom of the hill. The guests can use the pond for recreation. There is fishing and swimming as well as two kayaks and a Jon boat for use out on the pond. Use of the pond is at your own risk. Bring your own * fishing gear * life vests Early check-in requests can sometimes be accommodated. Be advised that we reserve the right to request an early check-in fee to compensate for costs associated it.
