Inviting basement suite with private, separate entrance. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This suite is in close proximity to Lynchburg Airport (9 minutes), Liberty University (8 minutes), University of Lynchburg (12 minutes), Randolph College (19 minutes), Downtown Lynchburg (15 minutes), shopping I.e. Target, Kohl's, Old Navy, and more! (8 mins), Blackwater Creek Bike Trail (16 minutes) and many other attractions such as local wedding venues. The space This private suite offers a comfortable queen sized bed, a pack n play (available upon request), 3/4 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Other amenities include a mini fridge/ freezer, a Keurig machine for making coffee, a kettle for boiling water for tea, and a microwave. For entertainment you are welcome to use the drop down movie screen (casting, roku etc), or play some of our games. Guest access There is a U-shaped driveway in the front of the house free for you to park in. The entrance to the lower level of the house is on the back side of the home. Walk from the driveway around the left side of the house through the grass down to the door to get in. There are lights along that side of the house, a porch light, and motion light at the back door. Other things to note Overnight guest limit is 2 people. Additional guests may be accommodated in some circumstances but guest must communicate before their stay to coordinate. If approved, each additional guest will inccur a charge of $25 per guest. During your stay the bedroom, bathroom, and media room are all yours, however, the laundry room is a shared space. To maintain your privacy we will notify you through the app well in advance if we should need to use that area. If on an extended stay we will coordinate with you regarding periodic cleaning.
