Sandpiper 1 - Canal Front Cottage

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this newly renovated cottage on a canal that leads to the Little Lagoon. The property is located just 2 blocks from public beach access, and 4 blocks from the Hangout, and is in walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. The space This is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, w/ open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and smart TVs in every bedroom. There is a spacious, private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The other bedrooms share the hallway bath, and each have a queen size bed, one of which has a twin size pullout trundle. The large front deck is partially covered and overlooks the canal to the east where you can watch pelicans, herons, and osprey hunt for fish while you sip your morning coffee. The canal also provides hours of fun fishing, crabbing, and Kayaking. Guest access There is a storage area labeled Sandpiper 1 under the house next door, which we own. Inside are 2 Kayaks, a Corn Hole game, beach toys, chairs, and a wagon for your enjoyment. Please return all items to the shed when you are finished using them. This storage area is the only portion of the house next door that you are authorized to access. Do Not use the outdoor shower or loiter at the picnic table and chairs under the house, Sandpiper 2. Other things to note * House is equipped with Yale Smart Lock. To unlock: Press Yale logo, enter code provided and press check mark. To lock: Press Yale logo. * Door lock sometimes sticks or does not lock. If this occurs, pull the door closed tightly and hold while engaging lock. * No smoking or vaping in the house or on the deck. A smoking area with chairs is provided under the house. Please place butts in the sand bucket. An additional $150 cleaning fee for smoking inside the house. * No parties or large gatherings. *Exterior security cameras are in place * Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs. Any guest under the age of 25 is expected to be accompanies by a guest 25 years or older. * There is space for 3 vehicles and a boat or trailer on the driveway and under the house. * The house is accessible via a flight of stairs. There is no elevator, so this house is not handicap accessible.
