The apartment is connected to WIFI/TV via internet and air-conditioned, it is composed of: A large living room where you will find 1 sofa bed (bench for 2 people), a TV and a dining table. A beautiful fully equipped American kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, electric stove, coffee maker and kettle, but also a counter that can serve as a dining table. A bedroom with a 140 X 200 cm bed with bathroom and toilet. WARNING: There is no elevator The apartment will be ready and clean for your arrival. CLEANING INFORMATION: Cleaning is included free of charge and includes post-stay cleaning as well as bed and bath linen rental by a professional laundry that we also offer. One bath towel per person is included. We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of travel (not for the entire stay as in a hotel) namely: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), garbage bag, floor products, kitchen towel... PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to charge you for cleaning services if you do not respect the apartment (garbage cans emptied, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities...) Here are the steps our service providers follow when cleaning: - Airing of the rooms. -Cleaning and disinfection of all points of contact (doorknobs, chairs, tables, etc.). - Bed linens and bath linens are washed at high temperatures by a professional laundry service Guest access MASTERLOCK and SELF-CHECK-IN: Please note that in case of self-check-in (late and/or no appointment available) the masterlock to pick up the keys is located in front of our real estate agency. You will first need to come to the agency to pick up the keys before going to the apartment. The code will be sent on the day of arrival. The entire apartment is accessible to you to make the most of your stay here.
