The space Once the home of the Rivoli Theater, the space was recently renovated into retail space below and living space above. You will see a sign for Loft 121 parking as you pull up. You will receive a 4 digit code prior to your arrival that will operate both the rear entry as well as the front entry during your stay. Other things to note NO SMOKING INSIDE-$250 fee for smoking inside the loft. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation. Please contact host for additional information. A pet cleaning fee of $125 will be accessed for guest traveling with pets. Please make sure you add your pets to the guest list. $250 fee if found to have pet w/o notice No smoking inside, or anywhere on the complex. No candles please. Any of these violations will be a $250 fine. Please no video/photo shoots on the premises. No booking on behalf of others Packages should not be shipped to this address. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please don’t share any access info with any unregistered guests. No Unregistered guest w/o approval. Please make sure your guests match your reservation. Any additional guest will result in a $100 person. Two parking passes only.
