Chimney Rock State Park is opening 6/27 by reservation only* Our cozy cabin is centrally located just above Main Street approximately 0.4 miles to downtown Chimney Rock and 1 mile from Lake Lure beach. This perfect mountain getaway will make you feel right at home with its up to date amenities while still feeling the 1940's charm. You can even get a view of Chimney Rock from the property in the fall/winter! The space PERFECT LOCATION! Bring your walking shoes, our cabin is located one street back up the hill from main street in downtown Chimney Rock! This walkable cabin has a full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and everything you need for your stay. After a restful nights sleep wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the enclosed front porch or outside on the back patio. *please note, not everything is open after hurricane Helene and some routes to/from Asheville are still unavailable* Area amenities include Lake Lure beach, hiking, shopping, zip lining and miniature golf. There are a variety of restaurants in the area as well as a local winery Burntshirt Vineyards and Hickory Nut Gorge Brewery. You are 0.6 miles from the entrance of Chimney Rock State Park, 23 miles from Asheville with Hendersonville only 16 miles away. Asheville regional airport is 26 miles away. It is a 26 mile drive to the historic Biltmore Estate. The Tryon International Equestrian Center is 20 miles away. Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin including 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths (no bathtub). A newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and dishes are included. Other things to note We allow up to 2 dogs and charge a fee of $65 for the first dog and $25 for the second. Friendly and well behaved pups only, please! :) Please message us when booking with pets- failure to notify before arrival could result in a $200 fee.
