Come enjoy incredible views in a stylish spacious home in the foothills of Denver. Close to Red Rocks, great hikes, nature, and more. Good for large groups and small. 50 minutes from DIA, 10 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants, 20 minutes to Red Rocks. 4wd vehicle required during winter months!! Quiet hours need to be respected as this is a mountain neighborhood. The space There are 5 queen beds in 4 extra large bedrooms in this 4200 sq ft home. In addition, there is a queen memory foam pull out couch as well as a very comfortable leather sofa in the downstairs the could sleep 2 more. There also is a full over full adult rated bunk room. Total of 7 beds in this home. Foosball & professional ping pong table included. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. The garage at times may be blocked off to guests. Other things to note High speed internet is provided at the house (rare for the mountains!). Feel comfortable being able to work from home! We also have added A/C which is a rarity. Some other services that are available to guests are a highly rated private chef, massage therapist, 4 seater guided ATV trips (I have 2 four seater ATVs), river tubing adventures, boating trips, mobile IV clinician & shuttle driver. Please inquire if interested. It is very important for all guests to know that no open fires are allowed! Permanent fire bans are in effect due to fire hazard. Please use the provided outdoor propane fire pit and dispose of cigarettes in the provided disposals. There is an active front Ring doorbell to assist with check in and to verify guest count. In addition there is a noise monitor on deck to make sure quiet hours are being respected. After 10 pm (11 pm on weekends) please keep any loud after hours activities inside the house with windows and doors closed. Thank you!
