Wake up to a beautiful morning at this 1BR bungalow and enjoy the sunshine in an open courtyard. Start the day with a cup of coffee at one of the many charming cafes nearby. Located in the heart of downtown and only a 5 min walk to the famous Oceanside Pier. The property is located perfectly for a comfortable and convenient stay by the beach. The space The bedroom has 1 queen bed and a desk where you can get some work done before heading to the beach. Living room has a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed. You will have access to free wifi and a smart tv you can use to access your favorite streaming services. Air conditioning is available in some parts of the home and fans are available upon request. Bathroom has a shower and comes with fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and a stacked washer/dryer to knock out all of your dirty clothes so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Parking for 1 compact car is provided, and there is additional street parking available (You should be aware of street signage, such as street sweeping days). Head into the full kitchen to take advantage of the stainless steel appliances and a dining table to enjoy your early morning breakfasts and quick snacks before heading out for a day of sightseeing. Take a break from the kitchen? You'll have all kinds of amazing restaurants within walking distance, and there are unique shopping opportunities nearby as well. The beach is only a few blocks away, so be sure to bring lots of sunscreen along! *Beach towels are provided for all of our guests. We do provide additional beach gear like a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas on a first come first serve basis. Please send a direct message to check for availability. Guest access You will have access to unit #5, the shared open courtyard, and your assigned compact garage. The remote to the garage is located inside of a basket on the coffee table. The garage is attached to the building. Other things to note Please note the property is located in the heart of downtown so you may hear some occasional street noise. Although it says that we allow pets to be added to your reservation, we only accept dogs at the moment. A member of our cleaning staff is severely allergic to cats, so we kindly ask that leave your cat at home if you plan on staying with us. Thank you for understanding. There is a 1 time dog fee that gets added to your reservation when you add a pet. You'll find basic cookware, including dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, making it easy to prepare meals. However, please bring your own cooking essentials such as coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil, as our cleaning staff removes all leftover items between guests for hygiene and safety. JULY - OCTOBER guests. Oceanside enjoys fantastic weather throughout the year. While our bungalow, like many in the area, doesn't have central air conditioning, we've installed a mounted AC unit in the living room for those occasional hot days. Additionally, fans are provided, and with the windows open, you'll stay comfortably cool. But if you are needing AC throughout the unit, please consider another option.
