One of the top resorts in Panama City Beach with plenty of amenities. When you are ready for the beach just step outside, go to the nearest Tram Stop and in a few minutes a tram will arrive to take your party to the beach! When you are done, ride the tram home to your relaxing Villa. See turtles from your back patio. Quiet well appointed condo with tile flooring thru out. You can choose to either walk to the beach using the private walkway over the road or use the tram service which runs all day taking people from the Villa's to the beach and back. New for 2024: Comforters, Linens, Washer/Dryer replaced, Dishwasher replaced, beach towels, 4 backpack beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella included. There is a one time $50 resort fee payable to Edgewater. This is for Parking/Gated Security/Beach Access/Wristbands/Use of most Amenities. A link will be sent to you as your check-in nears to register for this. (Golf, Fitness, Tennis/Pickleball are an extra per occurrence fee). You will have access to the various pools/hot tubs thru out the resort, including the amazing lagoon pool along the beach. Minimum age to book at Edgewater is 25. This property is stocked with a Starter Kit for check-in and settling in. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3oz bottle of dish detergent and a pod for the washer. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply laundry detergent, seasonings/spices. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
