The space The scenic, rural road leading to this property winds alongside the massive expanse of the Pepacton Reservoir, which you can explore in greater depth by renting a canoe or kayak locally. It’s a dramatic approach before crossing over the creek and up the driveway to this contemporary getaway. The large deck overlooking the front yard is furnished with several sunny yellow and white Adirondack chairs poised to take in the view overlooking the pond and lawn, and surrounding a metal fire pit. The gas barbecue stands at the ready for your grilling needs. The bright living room with wood burning fireplace and smart TV are just inside and to the left, and it has been furnished with style and comfort in mind. To the right is the kitchen which has a side entrance accessible from the garage. It is a well-appointed space and foodies will be at home whipping up their culinary creations there. Set next to a large picture window is a dining table that seats 8. A hallway leads to three queen-sized bedrooms: one with en-suite master bathroom with stall shower. The other bathroom, which is off the hallway, features a tub and shower combo. The basement is the go-to spot for ping pong fun or a friendly game of darts.
