An extensive remodel and addition makes it perfect for large groups and retreats, with approximately 4800 square feet of space, 6 bedrooms and Craftsman built-in bunks in the Theater Room. It sits on one acre, with 180 feet of frontage right on the Pacific Ocean. You will not find better beach access - your own private concrete steps, right down to the sand! Watch your kids with ease from inside or on the patio; it only takes 20 seconds from the back door to exploring the tide pools and playing in the sand. Altogether, this home can sleep 12 extremely comfortably, and it has 6 full bathrooms. Here are the Bedroom details: -There are 2 Oceanfront King Suites with private bathrooms -One of the King Suites has a tucked-away built-in bunk bed with 2 Twin beds -There is 1 Oceanfront Queen Suite with a shared bathroom -There is an Oceanview King Suite and it has a Full Daybed and shared bath -There is another Queen Suite close to the Media and Theater Room with a shared bath -The Bunk room is within the Theater Room, and it has 4 Twin beds with a shared bath Chefs will rejoice when they cook in this home! The large gourmet kitchen is truly inspired with beautiful light fixtures, quarts countertops, and hexagonal tiles as a backsplash. We recently bought all new pots and pans, so cooking on them is an extra special treat. Here are the kitchen details: -2 Sinks, each with disposals -2 Dishwashers -2 Ovens -Microwave -6 Burner Gas Range -KitchenAid Mixer -2 Fridges, one with an Ice Maker -Walk-in Pantry, for extra storage -Basic pantry items and spices -Long Buffet area, perfect for serving to many guests -Tables and Kitchen Bar area that seat 16 One of the most unique aspects of our home is that there are many different areas for gathering. There is a library with pocket doors for a quiet escape, with 2 leather recliners, leather couches, and a large coffee table. There is a long dining area, with large tables (able to be broken apart) for eating, playing games, doing puzzles, and more. There is a large family room with an electric fireplace, comfy leather couches and ottomans, leather recliners, and many cozy blankets to curl up with. There is a bar with a sink located next to the family room for storing wine, mixing up cocktails, and placing pretty bottles on display. The theater room, with three rows of seating, is for watching movies, Netflix, or playing video games on the large HD Flatscreen TV. There is an additional room, the media room, for additional TV watching. Altogether, there are 7 brand new HD Smart Flatscreen TVs throughout our home. The oceanfront hot tub is also a nice place to gather, as well as the fire pit on the patio, surrounded with many Adirondack chairs. As a last note, there are 2 laundry rooms each equipped with a washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided, as well as paper products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
