Tollhouse Cottage is located in the heart of Shaver Lake Village. A prime location, walking distance to stores, restaurants, and just 1/4 mile to the lake. Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with cool summers and mild winters. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, skiing, sledding, boating, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and more! You will be in the heart of Shaver Lake Village right across the street from the iconic Hungry Hut! Try the boysenberry shake! Please note the cottage is off the main highway 168. Built in the 1920's... you will feel the charm while memories with your family, enjoying time on the deck with fire table and propane BBQ. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meals. Linens - We DO provide clean linens Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Toiletries - We DO provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each bathroom. We are pet friendly and we are happy to welcome your well house- and furniture-trained pups! We do ask that you clean up after them inside and out. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay and that covers up to two dogs. You will want to add this at the time of booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and up to $500,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest and The Cabin Host will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.
