This unique place has a style all its own and is located close to the heart of New London in a residential neighborhood. The Artist flat is filled with eclectic thrifted finds and art made by Francois Martin and other local artists. Guest access You will have access to the exterior space (small unfenced yard, two parking spots) and the entire first-floor apartment (the Artist Flat). Please note that the second/third-floor apartment is another Airbnb; you may see other guests on the property. Other things to note There is another airbnb on the second/ third floor of the building. Though we haven't had any issues or complaints, please keep in mind that you will have neighbors there.
