The villa is a combination of two individual apartments so one must leave one apartment to enter the other bedroom, which means that there are two kitchens and two bathrooms. The apartment features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair (upon request). Guests can relax outdoors in the private closed terrace or in the shared open terrace. A variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and other shops are located toward or on the waterfront just a 1 to 5 minute (400 meter to 2 km) drive from the property. Scenic beaches for swimming and surfing, such as the Costa Calma Beach or the Pajara Beach, are just 4 to 7 minutes (2 to 4 km) by car from the apartment. There are also many scenic mountain and coastal hiking areas in the region, as well as cycling routes of various degrees of difficulty. Fuerteventura Airport is a 53 minute (62 km) drive from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
