In the heart of Montagne de Reims Natural Park, only 1h30 from Paris, enjoy nature, champagne, cycling, vineyards, or simply relaxing by the pool. Guaranteed favorite! A home dedicated to peaceful stays with respect for the neighborhood. Parties are not allowed. The space Depending on the season, enjoy the swimming pool, the terrace with BBQ and the large garden, or beautiful evenings by the fireside. Ideal house with children, who will find many games there. Guest access The whole house, swimming pool and garden are accessible to travelers. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and respect for the neighbors, we ask that you take note of the following important rules: • This accommodation is intended for a quiet, family stay. • Parties and events are not permitted. • The number of guests must correspond to the reservation. • Barbecues are permitted until 9:30 PM. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • After 10:00 PM, gatherings and conversations should be held inside the house to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially around the outdoor areas and the pool. WE SEND OUR GUESTS A LIST OF SELECTED CHAMPAGNE ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS PRACTICAL INFO (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, gas stations, etc…)!
