The space Our two beautiful houses are available only as a pair, accommodating up to 12 guests in total. The price covers both houses, ensuring you enjoy the full privacy of the property. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interiors with natural light, complementing the warm, minimal aesthetic and custom oak furnishings. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create an elegant, relaxing atmosphere. Guest access You’ll enjoy private parking and access to shared facilities including: - Large swimming pool with sun loungers - Outdoor showers - Sports equipment storage with yoga mats and beach umbrellas - Direct garden access to Glyfada beach and the Alyko nature reserve Other things to note Important information about children: Our houses are suitable for children aged 4 years and older only. We do not provide baby cots, and due to the size and layout of the bedrooms, we are unable to accommodate infants or toddlers. Other things to note: Situated at the south end of Glyfada Bay, just opposite the Alyko peninsula, this is one of Naxos’s prime spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wing foiling. The fine white sand beach offers easy water entry, with gentle waves beyond the reef perfect for all levels. The north wind “Meltemi” frequently blows at 4-6 BFT. Climate Resilience Levy: As part of Greece’s environmental initiatives, a Climate Resilience Levy of 15 € per villa per night applies to all stays from January 1, 2024.
