Hot tub, heated pool, 1/2 mile to mineral springs!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Don’t feel like hitting the beaches Relax at home with pool and hot tub or go check out Warm Mineral springs only half a mile away! The space Brand new! 3 bedrooms 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 1 king bed. 55 inch tv with Hulu and Netflix in all the bedrooms. 2 bathrooms one with shower other with bathtub. In guest bathroom will find a basket of toiletries for your use. Nice fully caged patio area to bbq with gas grill and swim in the heated pool or relax in the jacuzzi. Small Coffee bar with Nespresso coffees, hot chocolate and tea for your enjoyment. Full kitchen and small appliances. Breakfast nook for 4 in kitchen and full dinning room table seats 7. Living room has full couch and 2 loungers, tv with Hulu and Netflix. 1/3 of a mile to warm mineral springs. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet time is 10pm to 7 am. Other things to note No smoking in the house. Will charge $150 for cigarette butts left around the property. Clean the bbq after you use to avoid extra cleaning fees $50. To control the pool and jacuzzi there is a tablet located must return back to that location to avoid fees. Make sure it’s turned off at night. Pool is not to be heated more than 89 degrees. All doors have safety alarms to the pool area. Code to turn on and off is 1234. Please use if you have small children. There is no fence around the pool. Use at your own risk.
