This is a two story (just over 2,000 sf) single family home which features four bedrooms (two on each level), two living rooms (basement features a game room), a full kitchen (upstairs), a laundry room (downstairs), two bathrooms (one on each level), a single vehicle garage, a patio deck (upstairs), and a good sized backyard. This house has a computer desk (work space) in each living room. Basement living room features an air hockey table, a foosball table, a game of Monopoly, checkers/chess and cards. Backyard offers plenty of space to play and a game of corn hole. As you come down the deck you can enjoy your evening next to a gas firepit. The upstairs deck offers a large table which can sit between six to eight guests and a gas barbeque grill. Each living room comes with a 60" smart TV. There is free parking in front of the house, one space in front of the garage, and one space in the garage (access code will be provided on arrival day). House access is via August smart lock. Once booked, please follow instructions sent by August (smart lock), download the app and access information will be provided on the day of check-in.
