A one-hour early check-in or late check-out will be offered to all guests free of charge if available. Any additional hours will attract a fee of $75.00 per hour to a maximum of 3 hours in total. Guest numbers: At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management in writing. * Direct bookings is available and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card transaction. * Direct bookings will be required to show a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card details for security. * Direct bookings will be required to pay a $2,000.00 security bond for any loss or damages to the property, via credit card or bank transfer and will be held for up to max of 7 days following your departure and will be returned once a full property inspection has been carried out.
