Exciting Details: Build memories in style! This beautifully renovated lodge is nestled in the pines, <1 mile from historic downtown Prescott. Enjoy our hot tub, pool table, ping pong, air hockey tables, dart board, foosball and shuffleboard to keep you entertained while not downtown or hiking at the national forest that is only a couple miles from the lodge. Kid friendly play room too with lots of essential infant / kid supplies & furniture! High Speed WIFI, office desk for remote work, high end furnishings, pillow top mattresses and incredible views to top it off! This space has been designed for comfort, utility, fun and serenity and is in a convenient location! The home is .8 miles from downtown and close to many hiking trails and lakes in the Prescott area. Additionally, the driveway (equipped with a Tesla Electric Vehicle Charging Station) can accommodate up to 5 smaller cars or 4 larger ones. Please note the street parking is not allowed in the neighborhood and you may be ticketed if you park there. The property is located on a double lot for added privacy and boasts 3,000 square feet of space that consists of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two living rooms a kitchen / dining room and an amazing game room. The main level includes the "Charred Pine" Master Bedroom with a Soft Queen Pillow Top Bed and renovated porcelain tile master bath, the connected adjoining bedroom to the master (the "Pine View" Bedroom with a double futon) in addition to the "Blue Pine" Bedroom with a Medium Queen Pillow Top. Please note that the Pine View bedroom is adjoining to the master and has access to the deck or access to the master bedroom. The living room blends into the kitchen / dining area in addition to another seating area that is around 30 feet above the pine base. The shuffleboard and foosball table are situated here along with high end furniture & queen pull out sofa for your comfort as well as a fully stocked kitchen and 65" Smart TV. The kitchen has a fancy table that will seat 12-14 once the two leaves are installed. There is also a covered deck that overlooks a beautiful pine back yard. The lower level includes a kid's room for infants / children that has lots of toys, a pack'n'play, high chair, doll houses which is adjoined by the "Mixed Pine" room that also includes a Queen sized bunk bed. This room has a door that leads into the backyard and also. The "Raw Pine" room includes a custom made pine Queen Sized bunk bed with high quality mattresses. The family room is beautiful and provides a full size sofa bed in addition to a 70" Smart TV. The Game Room is the highlight of this level with a full sized Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table and Dart Board. Endless hours of fun in this lodge!! The backyard is beautiful, quiet and nicely secluded from the other neighbors and has a large firepit (when not prohibited by current risk levels) and a relaxing hammock to gaze up at the stars. We have a large, comfortable Hot Tub as well on a pad next to the deck. Additionally, we have a table and chairs in addition to a high quality barbeque for your outdoor fun time. Be aware, we do not tolerate large, loud drinking parties in the backyard, it is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. All towels and bedding are included. The kitchen and baths include basics such as soap (hand and dish), toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. The kitchen is designed to feel like you are at home and has all amenities needed to enjoy cooking family meals along with lots of spices and basic cooking supplies. We will do everything we can to take care of you and make this a memorable experience for all in your group Guest access You will have full access to the home with the exception of a few closets and will not be sharing with anyone else. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION * Our properties are nestled in the forest area of Prescott, Arizona, home to a variety of wildlife including bears, javelinas, Arizona beetles, large mosquitoes, lizards and other creatures. While our homes undergo regular pest control treatments, you may occasionally encounter outdoor bugs indoors. * Arizona experiences monsoons during the late summer months. This disrupts our landscaping by adding extra pine needles to our property and may cause temporary disruptions to internet. * The home has several stairs leading up to the main entrance that are not suitable for individuals with physical health conditions, those in wheelchairs, or those using walkers or with injuries. * There is no landline telephone available at the property, but most cell service carriers offer coverage in the area. * We provide high-speed internet, the fastest WiFi in the region; however, service may fluctuate occasionally due to the mountainous location, altitude, and weather conditions. * To ensure a safe stay, we kindly remind guests to avoid leaving food or trash outdoors, as this will attract unwanted wildlife. * For security purposes, there is an external camera monitoring the exterior area. Please be advised that we do not reside on the property full-time and use the camera to oversee property security during each reservation. * We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits for weather-related issues, changes in our guests plans, or guest emergencies. We recommend guests purchase travel insurance through Airbnb at the time of booking to protect against such circumstances. * Periodically, third-party services such as water filtration, hot tub maintenance, landscaping, and pest control may be on-site at the property. * As our home is situated in the mountainous forest area, the water may have hard water characteristics due to mineral content, impacting its taste. Although this water is safe for consumption and treated professionally, guests may notice mineral taste and potential water spots on dishes. The dishes are cleaned thoroughly, but the hard water may affect their appearance. Guests who are sensitive to the taste may wish to bring bottled water during their stay for their convenience. * Our hot tub is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. If you encounter any issues with the hot tub during your stay, please inform us promptly, and we will arrange for servicing. To maintain the hot tub's condition, guests are not allowed to enter with body oil, lotion, or hair products that may alter the water quality and cause oily substances or discoloration. Thank you for your cooperation. * Electric Vehicle Charging Tesla and electric vehicle charging facilities are available on-site. Please inquire for further details regarding availability and usage. A $10 fee per day will be applicable for utilizing these services. * Pet Accommodation We welcome furry friends at our property. A nightly fee of $15 per pet is required. Pet owners are kindly asked to ensure their pets are well-behaved during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets and pets are not permitted to be left unattended in our home. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to this policy. *For larger group gatherings exceeding the base price of 16 guests, an additional fee will apply. $25/night/person for people staying the night above 16 people and a $600 large group gathering fee for 25 or more people gathering at the house.
