The space The house has been completely remodeled in 2021 and has the original wood burning stove. I have added windows to bring in the natural light. The property is secluded and very peaceful. There are no city lights so you can see the stars and the in all their glory. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Enjoy the sunrise and moonrise form the front deck and the sunsets and moon/stars from the paito in the back. You will see many animals and birds. I have deer, wild turkey, gray squirrels, hawks and more. There is a seasonal creek that runs Sept. - June. You feel like you are far from the city however it's only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the town of Shady Cove. I love my property in the forest! Only 1 hour to Crater Lake National Park, 20 minutes to Lost Creek Lake, 3 minutes to Upper Rogue Regional County Park. Lots of Kayaking and Rafting available. Close to the city of Shady Cove. Guest access You have the entire home, private deck and private patio area with BBQ grille, outdoor dining, firepi, and great views of the forest and seasonal creek. The is plenty of parking for boats and rv's and other toys you may have with you. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed outside the home no smoking inside the house. I have provided smokeless ashtrays on the deck and the patio areas. Butts must be put on the ash trays only not on the ground. Thank you
