The property needs to be left clean and in proper working order as it was at check-in. *Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. *Renter(s) will be charged for any broken, damaged, or missing items to include towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bath mat, bed linens, kitchen towels, furniture, appliances, decorations, pool and beach equipment, and keys. *Please do not use bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths for the beach. **NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED** Renter will be charged a MINIMUM of $750 to sanitize the condo should any evidence of smoking/vaping of any type be found. *NO GRILLING OR FIRES OF ANY TYPE AT STARFISH AND COFFEE BEACH CONDO OR ON HARBOR BREEZE CONDOMINIUM'S PROPERTY. Per "Ocean City Fire Prevention Code": The use of charcoal or gas grills on balconies, decks or any area within 15 feet of a condominium or apartment building that has 3 or more living units is prohibited. *Check-In: 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. via smart lock/lockbox AFTER parking permit is obtained. *Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. **See parking information below** Parking Memorial Day through mid-Sept (end date to be provided): Guests must obtain parking permit from Newton Resort Services at 207 8th Street Ocean City, MD 21842. -After mid-September (date to be provided), guests will use a hang tag parking pass that will be provided by the host. **NOTE: Towing is strictly enforced at Harbor Breeze Condominiums and will be at the vehicle owner's expense.
