This is a duplex with a unit below that is not accessible from this unit. Both units are completely private and the only shared space is the driveway. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and all designated indoor and outdoor areas during their stay. Entry is provided via a secure smart lock, allowing for easy, contactless self check-in and check-out. A unique access code will be sent prior to arrival and will remain active for the duration of your reservation. There is no need for an in-person check-in unless assistance is requested. Guests may enjoy all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, deck, and family-friendly features outlined in the listing. Any locked closets, storage rooms, or utility areas are reserved for owner or management use. This seamless access setup ensures privacy, convenience, and a smooth arrival experience from start to finish. Other things to note This residence has previously hosted approved small-scale events, including intimate weddings, private retreats, corporate gatherings, and professional photo or video shoots. All events and special-use bookings require prior approval before reserving. Event pricing differs from standard nightly rates and is based on the type of event, guest count, duration, and required accommodations. Guests must contact us before booking to discuss details, confirm availability, and receive written approval. Unauthorized events, gatherings, or commercial use are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us.
