This stately home in Pepper Pike, an affluent suburb of CLE, is a great space for families or groups (pets, too!) to relax and unwind! With 5 beds, 2.5 baths, two living spaces and a chef’s kitchen, there is plenty of room for all. With a massive backyard, featuring a jungle gym, dine-in deck, a gas grill, and a basketball hoop, the outside is just as spacious as the inside. The home located 20 mins from Cleveland Clinic and Case Western, and not far from Cuyahoga Valley National Park. At 3,200 square feet there is plenty of space for your family to spend out a bit. We feature two king beds, a queen, full and twin (bed is lofted). The master suite features an elliptical, a spacious full bath with both a tub for relaxing soak and a nice stand up shower. Two living rooms feature big screen smart TVs with live cable TV and apps so you can stream. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay to cook tasty meals at your temporary home! Want to spend some time outside!? This is the place for you! The backyard is massive has a jungle gym. Enjoy a cocktail and bite to eat on the deck. And shoot a few hoops in the driveway. Whatever it is you want to do, you can do it here. The entire house and backyard is yours and yours alone! The driveway has parking for plenty of cars, but we ask you to keep it down to 5 or less. If you have more please let us know. You are in a great location away from the city but close enough you can get to downtown in less than 30 minutes. Car is encouraged. Very little public transport close by. **Early Check in & Late Check out: Given the house is so large and takes a while to get prepared, if there is a guest staying the night before we are unlikely to be able to accommodate early check ins. Late checkouts are also not possible at this time. You are welcome to drop off or leave your bags if you need to. **One bedroom is located on the ground floor. The other four are on the 2nd floor. One bedroom upstairs is a lofted twin bed. Pet Friendly: Max 2 pets, cats or dogs welcome. $150 flat fee per pet.
