Home sleeps 8 in 4 queen beds with upgraded mattresses. Conveniently located only 10 minutes from the Island at Pigeon Forge with EASY drive. NO HILLS. Plenty of parking. Wifi, Netflix and blue-ray. Expect fallen leaves and tree debris as we are located in the woods. When and if needed, we do provide a blower to blow the back porch off before using. Outdoor areas are open to the elements and may need to be wiped down before using. Cleaning supplies and paper towels are provided. Please note that being in the woods you can expect wildlife may be on the property as well as insects that our beyond our control. We ask that you do not leave food or trash outside and that you clean the grill after using to deter unwanted wildlife and insects. Grills and out door spaces are not part of housekeeping. Please enjoy the provided spaces and that nature has to offer. Certain times of the year, especially the Fall season, you can expect the garden paths and flowerbeds may be covered with leaves. The beauty and joy of being in a private wooded area. During the winter months our area may get snow and ice. We do not have a way to clear the road. Please plan for inclement weather.
