It's in a nice and peaceful area centrally located outside the cities of Ringgold, GA, Chickamauga, GA, Rock Spring, GA, Fort Oglethorpe, GA, and Chattanooga, TN. Just 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, the Scenic City! There's plenty of space to ensure you and your family are very comfortable. Enjoy the large downstairs area with foosball and ping-pong. Additional guest fees will be applied to bookings with more than 4 (arriving with more than the stated amount of guests could lead to revoking your stay and forfeiting any/all funds). ** Absolutely NO parties or events. Children under the age of 5 must be supervised at all times, as our home is not baby or toddler-proof and access to open stairways is there. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside. ** Note - We have outdoor security cameras, but we respect your privacy and none are indoors.** Violation of any of our rules will lead to revoking your stay and forfeiting any/all funds. Anyone breaking this policy will be charged a $500 fee. Our home is a three-level site-built home with central heating and air conditioning. There are several steps in our home with open access. It has approximately 1600 sq ft of finished, heated living space. The home features a full kitchen with stainless appliances, a fridge with filtered water and an ice maker, a microwave, a Keurig-style coffee maker with coffee provided, a dishwasher, and plenty of counter space and cabinets. While we don't have a large dining area, we do have a very small table in the kitchen with 6 chairs plus a bar area which could be suitable for guest seating. The kitchen is open directly to the living room, so you never feel disconnected. **PLEASE keep food cleaned up and stored away in the appropriate areas. Some of our past guests have failed to do this and over time this will attract unwanted visitors. Also, please be aware that our place is a rural area and during several months of the year, Asian lady beetles (look like ladybugs) are prevalent and invasive. Although we do all we can to prevent them from entering the home, it is nearly impossible to prevent all occurrences. This is not designated to our home alone but is a local issue for many homes. The cozy living room features a large flat-screen with Fire TV and a large leather sofa and loveseat. We provide fast and free Wi-Fi Internet access strong enough to stream a couple of TVs with no problem, so you can log into your own Netflix or other accounts without a problem. There is also a balcony just outside the kitchen area which will provide a great place to relax and have a morning or afternoon cup of coffee. The primary bedroom has a comfy king bed, closet space, and a 24" Fire TV mounted on the wall. The Vibrant bedroom is directly adjacent to the primary and features a typical queen bed, closet space, and a 24" Fire TV as well. The Neutral bedroom is the first bedroom on the right as you go up the stairs. It features a queen bed, closet space, and a 24" Fire TV. The Game Room is set up currently as a den/game room on the third level with a full bath and laundry area. This room does have a separate entrance from the back, but the door remains locked and can't be used. The room includes a couch, ping-pong table, foosball table, and treadmill. There is also a desk provided for anyone needing a workspace. The home has been recently updated with new paint, LVP floor covering throughout, and mostly new furniture throughout. This includes a new king bed, nightstands, countertops, TVs, a standup shower, and much more. Feel free to message us to ask any questions prior to booking. The property has friendly neighbors on both sides. Please be considerate of them when staying at our home and follow all our rules. They do have pets as well, so please be respectful of that when taking your pets outside. Thanks! If parking more than 2 vehicles, you will need to park the first vehicle next to the telephone pole. The other 2 can then park in the driveway. Be careful backing out onto the street as it can be difficult to see oncoming traffic coming from one direction. Max 3 vehicles.
