The Odyssey

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Nic, this charming house to 200m of the beach, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 9 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 31 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 410 m². Wifi available, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A bright living room of 31 m² with TV, sofa and armchairs open to the kitchen and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160*200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140*190) - A shower room - A toilet - a large garage with plenty of storage space. On the first floor: - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140*190) - Room 4: a double bed (140*190) - Room 5: a single bed (90*190) with television - A shower room completely redone this year. - A WC The two shower rooms and the toilet have been re-painted this year. Outside : - A beautiful garden of 410 m² fully fenced and grassed. - A large, brand-new, south-west-facing terrace with furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers) to make the most of the warm weather. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included; only tea towels and bath mats are provided. These can be supplied on request, at an additional cost: €20 per set and €5 per person for towels (to be hired and paid for through our on-site partner). To arrange this service, please contact the concierge service before arrival. - Free Wi-Fi available - For stays of more than two weeks, a mid-stay cleaning service is compulsory (payment to be made on site to the concierge service). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Pets are not permitted. Registration Details N/A
