The space The three story home fronts on Bone Pond, a private non-motorized lake. Kayaks available, NO outside boats or other floating vessels. NO offroad vehicles. 12 PEOPLE MAXIMUM ! From the covered front porch you enter into a bright KITCHEN and DINING ROOM - there is a center prep /conversation island as well as a dining table and chairs beside the lakeview windows and french door to the deck, grill and out door dining. Through an archway is GREAT ROOM - the cathedral ceiling room has 2 areas- an immediate smaller sofa and chairs beside the sliding door to the deck, and a spacious conversation /TV viewing set of sofas . Two stairs can be accessed- the first down to LOWER LEVEL FAMILY ROOM-this room also looks out to the lake , has sofas and a TV , but the focal point is the propane fireplace. A foos ball table sits next to the counter height game table. BEDROOM 4 and 5 open onto the family room. They each have queen beds. HALF BATH on this floor. MAIN HALL- off the great room accesses a full bath with a soaking tub and separate shower . The laundry room is on this hall , as are BEDROOM 2 and 3-one of them with a full and twin bed , the other a queen bedroom . Each of the rooms has a full sized closet. UPSTAIRS LOFT- has 2 desks and a reading chair, and a short hall leading to BEDROOM 1-a king-sized bed and small sitting area, with bonus BUNK BEDS -in a separate room, NO door. There is a full bath with shower on this floor. The whole house is set up to be warm and welcoming , a place for people to come together, but not be on top of each other. The lake is quiet and family -oriented. The views are wonderful ,and surroundings peaceful. Guest access Your stay comes with full access of the house, lake and all contents in it to use as you need. The kitchen is fully stocked. Parking is next to the house with additional parking across the private road. 6 cars maximum. WARNING: IN WINTER MONTHS AWD OR 4WD IS RECOMMENDED. We get more snow and ice in the mountains and road conditions can be surprising. No offroad vehicles or outside watercraft.
