Resort Note: The Resort Association Team is in the process of working on several projects following an extremely busy summer season. The Maintenance and Public Area crews will be doing deep cleaning and painting throughout the common areas, including lobbies, mechanical rooms, trash rooms, and elsewhere. Additionally, we have a few projects that will be taking place in the coming weeks that we want to be sure to make everyone aware of. BRIDGE PREP & PAINTING: As part of the Association's Reserve Budget, the Association sets aside money to paint the pedestrian bridges approximately every three years. The Association is currently in the process of repainting the Tower 1 & 2 pedestrian crosswalk bridges. As with anything metal in the salt-air environment along the Gulf Coast, the steel structure bridges require continuous preventative rust prevention and painting. Ahead of the actual painting, welding crews are in the process of conducting rust abatement measures which include grinding, welding new plates, and application of a rust abatement coating to the treatment spots. Please keep in mind during this process crews will be working directly from the bridge and from lifts. Please use caution while traveling through these areas. We are coordinating dates with the City of Panama City Beach to schedule the actual finish coat painting. Further information will follow in the coming weeks.While we understand there is never a good time to do these projects as it is always going to disrupt our guests in some way, they are necessary to properly maintain the property. Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 21. If not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.
