Mid-Term Stays (7+ Nights) 1. For bookings longer than seven (7) nights, a weekly cleaning service with a full change of linens (bedding and towels) is required. Cleanings are scheduled approximately every seven (7) days during the stay (e.g., Day 7, Day 14, Day 21). 2. This policy helps maintain the home’s cleanliness, protect the condition of the property, and ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience for longer stays. 3. The cleaning fee is $350 per service. The number of required cleanings will be based on the length of the reservation, and payment will be requested through the booking platform for guest confirmation. 4. Cleaning appointments will be scheduled in coordination with the guest, however reasonable access to the property must be provided to complete the required service. IMPORTANT NOTE: - Absolutely no animals of any kind no exceptions due to allergies of owners children Please understand, we are in proximity to open areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: Kangaroos, wallabies, lizards, possums, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce incidences of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, please do not request a refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
