Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse. The space There are vaulted ceilings and windows in the open plan living area. The master bedroom also has views of the lake from bed! You've got a flat screen and HD sports package and a sound bar. Guest access There is a smart lock available for guest use and will be provided to you on your day of check in. Other things to note We do have an 65$ pet fee for guests for each dog. For example, two dogs would be $130 for the entire stay. We only allow dogs. Please note if booking on Airbnb, they now allows you to pay a single pet fee, but if you have more than one pet, we will charge you for those additional prior to arrival.
