Modern, stylishly decorated, spacious family retreat located in Sea Palms Golf Resort, mid-island & perfect for a multi-generational group stay. Surrounded by wildlife, flora & fauna w/ fenced back yard & captivating screened porch. Fully-equipped w/ grill, hottub & everything needed for a delightful stay, incl pack n play & high chair . Spacious floor plan w/ 3BRs & 3 incremental sleeping spaces + an air mattress, 3 full baths. 5 bikes incl. Pet friendly. The space This is a fully-equipped, free standing home. You’ll have use of everything, all to yourself! We have three private bedrooms and three private baths; however, the living room sofa can sleep one, the huge blue daybed in the family room (which closes off) can sleep 2, & there is a twin in that room, + there is also a queen blow-up air mattress in the hall closet. All the beach essentials are available, including 12 beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys & floaties (while they last). You'll have complete access to the amazing rear patio, with Blackstone grill, 2-person hottub & fenced backyard, overlooking the ocean forest. The setting is truly remarkable! Golf is available for the usual green fees. The resort restaurant (Sago) is WONDERFUL! We're so sorry, access to the resort pool & tennis courts is not available due to lack of guest membership programs under new management, but we encourage you to acquire a family pass to Neptune Park (ridiculously cheap), for the public pool with water park, puttputt, picnics area and playground - ocean side! Guest access We have a full kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms + a family room that closes off, three baths and NO shared spaces. This is a free-standing home in a very quiet neighborhood with a spectacular back yard. Parking is abundant & free. The garage stores the beach gear and bikes for your use, but half of it stores our golf cart & car, which are OFF LIMITS, so there is not room to park inside the garage. Other things to note Golf is available to book through the Club at a separate cost and not included in the rental. Unfortunately, the Club does not allow guest access to the pool or fitness center.
