This is an owner operated rental home, the house is fully stocked and furnished comfortably because it’s what we like! We hope you'll like it too. The house is located in one of Suncadia's newest developments, the Cabins at the Farm, just down the walking path from the Nelson Farm. There is a hot tub and a game room and the home is pet friendly! We look forward to hosting you. Here’s what you need to know: • Comfortably sleeps 10 people on Tuft & Needle mattresses • Space for 10 around the custom handmade dining table • Restoration Hardware and Crate & Barrel furniture in the living room • Outdoor gas fire pit, indoor gas fireplace. During the snowy winter months, the outdoor fire pit and chairs will likely be covered in snow. Guests are welcome to clear it for use. • Hot tub maintained after each guest stay • Dog friendly, upon request • Separate living space above the garage with kitchenette and full bathroom • Game room garage featuring ping pong, shuffle board, and a smart TV Bed and bath details: • Master bedroom on main floor – king bed with ensuite bathroom including dual sinks and a luxurious walk in shower • Bedroom 1 upstairs – king bed, shares jack & jill bath with bunk room. Bedrooms have their own sinks, toilet and shower is shared • Bedroom 2 upstairs – bunk room, shares jack & jill bath with Bedroom 1 • Bonus room above the garage – king bed with full bath • There is an additional powder room off the kitchen Guests of this Airbnb can take advantage of events or amenities offered by Suncadia including: • All Nelson Farm activities - Axe Throwing, Bingo, Archery, Friday Night movies, Saturday night live music, Tie-Dye, and Art Classes (right down the road!) • Tubing and sledding hills in the winter • Suncadia’s Golf Courses • Equipment rentals at the Pavilion • Glade Spring Spa Hosts are not local, but easy to contact. We have a gracious property management company that IS local, should anything come up. Access to the pool and fitness centers is restricted due to Suncadia policies outside of our control.
