When used correctly, it works as well as central AC. There is a large fan in the attic that pulls all the hot air out of the house. You need to leave the lower-level window open a crack to help with airflow. It worked very well in cooling the entire house. When the outside temp is 90F, the inside will be in the low 70s. If you leave it on at night, the house will be at 50°F by morning. It is a very eco-friendly way to cool down the home. Guest access Door code given a few days before check in.
