Reserve your stay and experience the tranquility of this unique waterside retreat. Guest access Guests of this stunning home have complete access to every room and the outdoor fenced in area. You may also have access to the side of the house where the fire pit and wood dock is located. Please note guests are not allowed in the area behind the fenced in area as that is private property. Other things to note IMPORTANT PROPERTY DISCLAIMER Please note that the area by the water (behind the fence) is private property and is off-limits to all guests. For your stay, you are only permitted to use the fenced-in yard and the side of the house where the fire pit and grill is located. Accessing any other part of the property is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting property boundaries. HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER Please note, our spacious pool is equipped with solar powered heating features. However, during the winter months, the effectiveness of the heating can be limited due to lower outdoor temperatures. The pool heater temperature is not adjustable. We strive to ensure your comfort, but please set your expectations accordingly for a cooler swim experience in winter (late November to April). SUPPLY STARTER KIT To ensure your stay is comfortable, we provide basic toiletries. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require such as bug spray, sunscreen, etc. TV/STREAMING The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable. TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience! NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of refund. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If smoking outside, please be mindful to not dispose of any trash inside the pool or on the grounds as this may result in an extra cleaning fee. POOL/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Our pool and landscaping is maintained by a trusted third-party company. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property. Please note that on days where the pool is serviced with chemicals, it may not be in use for 24 hours. We strive to have the pool serviced only when the house is vacant but this is not always possible. We will notify you when this happens. NOISE DISCLAIMER While our beautiful waterfront location offers serene views and a tranquil atmosphere, please be aware that we are situated next to a train track. The train does pass by several times throughout the day and early morning, with the horn occasionally sounding as early as 6 AM. While some guests may find the sound a unique part of the local character, it can be quite loud and may wake you.
