The space The River Oak and adjacent Twin Oak are a vintage cabin duplex, within 3 minutes of Sequoia National Park Gate. Original vintage knotty pine paneling, give off the glow of a hundred candles. Features a NEW Smart TV. Private heavy duty redwood trellised BBQ areas, with fire pit and picnic tables. Best local BBQ, deli, and wine room just across and up about 1/2 block. Main fork river out back of property. Perfect for fishing. Guest access The entire cabin, and private BBQ, and firepit area. Other things to note Dear guests - Due to health regulations, we require the hours between 11-4pm for stringent cleaning and disinfection. We apologize, we cannot offer early arrival or late departure at this time. We are committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests. Please do not arrive prior to 4:00 p.m. check in, or leave later than standard departure of 11:00 a.m. Your home will be guest ready and you can enter with disinfected coded keyless entry using your door code. We provide propane for BBQ and fire pit. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner we provide is Ginger Lilly Farms 100% vegan, paraben, sulfate, phosphate & cruelty free! Our Cleaning Protocol : •All surfaces are washed with soap, water and then thoroughly disinfected. •Disinfect frequently touches surfaces: light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, faucet handles, and more. •Wash all linens and towels in hot water, and dry at highest setting. Bleach used for whites. •We provide new wrapped sponges, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, surface spray or wipes for guests.
