The house in which the two apartments are to be built has been put into a shell state inside and is now being renovated and refurbished to a greater extent.(Windows, doors, floor, electrics, ceiling, walls, etc.) The facade will be tackled in 2025. The apartment will be newly furnished. In addition, there will be a small farm shop. This will be completed in the course of 2025. Parking is right in front of the property. The cottage is located in the Upper Lusatian Highlands in Arnsdorf and belongs to a two-sided farm of our family. This is not far from Wilthen and Bautzen. It is ideal for hikers, bikers and all those seeking peace and quiet. The house is a central point to reach the Upper Lusatian Highlands, Saxon Switzerland, the Zittau Mountains or the Lusatian Lake District by car or on foot. It is about 19 km to the Czech Republic. The city of Weinbrand is only 4 km away. The city of Bautzen is about 15 km away and the state capital of Dresden is about 43 km away and thus also the nearest airport.
