The Penthouse is a large and luxurious 2,400 sqft, 2-story apartment located in the heart of OTR with a rooftop terrace overlooking Main street. You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella's pizza, Gomez tacos, and is located above the Rhinehaus bar. When you're not out exploring all that OTR has to offer, enjoy the city views from the rooftop, gather by the fire pit, or challenge friends to shuffle board or arcade games. The space On the main level you'll find the primary bedroom equipped with a king bed, spacious walk in closet, and attached full bathroom. There is also a full kitchen with a gas stove, island with barstools, a large dining table, computer desk, and living area with a 65" Roku TV. Upstairs you'll find a full detached bathroom, the second bedroom with a single queen bed with dresser and closet, and the third bedroom at the end of the hall with two queen size beds, a dresser, and closet.
