The Penthouse is a large and luxurious 2,400 sqft, 2-story apartment located in the heart of OTR with a rooftop terrace overlooking Main street. You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella's pizza, Gomez tacos, and is located above the Rhinehaus bar. When you're not out exploring all that OTR has to offer, enjoy the city views from the rooftop, gather by the fire pit, or challenge friends to shuffle board or arcade games. Access is via a shared stairwell (4th floor - no elevator in the building, please factor in the stairs). Self check-in anytime after 4 PM using a smart lock. The code is sent the day of arrival. PARKING - Two-hour street parking on Clay Street (paid), plus overnight garage and surface lot options within one block (paid). Detailed parking directions are sent before check-in. You're directly above Rhinehaus, and Pins Mechanical, Coffee Emporium, Findlay Market, Washington Park, and OTR's best restaurants are all within 1-10 minutes on foot. Heritage Bank Center, The Banks, Great American Ball Park, and Paycor Stadium are a ~15-minute walk. Other things to note WHO IT'S GOOD FOR - Groups up to 12, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, corporate retreats, Reds and Bengals game weekends, concert-goers at Heritage Bank Center, and extended stays. GOOD TO KNOW - Fourth-floor walk-up with interior stairs to the upper level (no elevator in the building). The unit is directly above Rhinehaus; some noise from the bar is possible on busy weekend nights (white noise machines provided in each bedroom). One security camera in the common stairwell. No on-site parking - garage and surface lots within one block.
